Suitable Surfaces

• May be applied on steel, electrozinc-coated, galvanised, aluminium, or polyester surfaces.
• When maximum protection is required, apply on epoxy primer.
• Do not apply on thermoplastic finishes and wash primers.

Mixing Ratio

• Hardener: PBO
• Mix ratio (by weight): 100 : 2–3 (Bodyfiller : Hardener)
• Important: Do not add more hardener than specified. Mix thoroughly.

Sanding Guide (TDS Reference)

• Grit references shown in TDS: P100, P120, P180, P220, P240.
• TDS remark: avoid coarse sand scratches outside the filler area during the initial cut; “cheese grater” is not recommended.
• TDS remark: finish sand body filler with P80. Sand bare metal and featheredge with P180 to remove P80 scratches.

Professional Notes

• Isolation before topcoat: it must be isolated before applying finish coating (TDS note).
• Low temperature limitation: polyester putties will not harden at temperatures under +40°F.
• Tool cleaning: clean putty knives with cleaning thinner before the product hardens.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Storage: store in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight, between +40°F and +90°F.
• Shelf life: 1 year in unopened original packaging (from manufacturing date).
