Order and Shipping Policy
1. Orders
- Ordering Methods:
o In-Store: Customers can place orders directly at our store located at 6030 NW 99th Ave Ste 408, Doral, FL 33178, United States.
o Online: Orders can be placed through our online store at https://autopremiumsupply.com
- Order Processing:
o Order Confirmation: Customers will receive an order confirmation via email once the order has been successfully placed.
o Order Modification or Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances. Please carefully review your order, shipping, and payment details before checking out.
o Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed over the weekend (after 3pm EST Friday) will be processed on Monday and shipped by Tuesday in most cases.
- Product Availability:
o All products are subject to availability. In case a product is not available, we will contact the customer to offer an alternative or refund the corresponding amount.
2. Shipping
- Shipping Options:
o Standard Shipping: Delivery time is 3-7 business days.
o Express Shipping: Delivery time is 1-3 business days.
o International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and may take between 7-21 business days.
- Shipping Carriers:
o National Shipments: We have opted for UPS for faster delivery and better delivery management in most zip codes we serve.
o International Shipments: Primarily with UPS. Customers are responsible for any import duties and fees.
- Order Tracking:
o All shipments include a tracking number that will be emailed to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
- Delivery Policy:
o Failed Delivery: If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible. The customer will need to cover any additional re- shipping costs.
o Store Pickup: Customers have the option to pick up their orders at our store address at no additional cost: 6030 NW 99th Ave Ste 408, Doral, FL 33178, United States.
3. Pre-Order Items
Any order with a pre-order item will ship in full once all items are available. These orders will not be split into multiple shipments. If there are in-stock items you want shipped right away, you will need to place two separate orders.
