Rent our Detail Bay on an hourly or daily basis for all your auto detailing needs. Please note that tools and products are *not* included, and only approved products are allowed for use. The bay must be returned in the same condition as received, and music or food consumption is prohibited. Rentals must conclude 5 minutes before store closing. **Detail Bay Rental Agreement**

This Detail Bay Rental Agreement is made effective as of [date] for the renter.

**Rental Premises:** The Owner agrees to rent to the Renter a detailing bay located at Auto Premium Supply subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

**Rental Term:** The Detail Bay is rented on a [Hour/Day] basis. The Renter's access to the Detail Bay is limited to business hours and must conclude 5 minutes prior to the store's closing time.

**Rental Fee:** The Renter agrees to pay a rental fee of [amount], payable in advance. Any products or services required from the Owner must be paid for at the time of purchase.

**Use of Detail Bay:**
1. The Renter shall use the Detail Bay solely for auto detailing purposes.
2. The Renter is prohibited from using any products not supplied or approved by the Owner. Products from other brands shall not be used within the Detail Bay.
3. The Renter agrees to return the Detail Bay in the same condition as it was at the commencement of the rental term. Any damages or alterations made to the Detail Bay will be the responsibility of the Renter.
4. The Renter shall not play music or consume food within the Detail Bay.

**Termination:** The Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if the Renter violates any terms and conditions mentioned herein.

**Indemnification:** The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, as they occur, arising from the Renter's use of the Detail Bay.
