3Mâ„¢ OEM Match Wing Nozzles help technicians replicate the appearance of OEM seam sealers that were robotically applied at the factory. Available in two styles, they fit a wide variety of 1-part and 2-part seam sealers. The adjustable bead width lets technicians match the shape of the bead while the wing helps position and guide the application.
Features
- The customizable 3M™ OEM Match Wing Nozzle Tips help technicians replicate the appearance of OEM seam sealer beads on door skins and hem flanges. Used with one-part (1K) and two-part (2K) seam sealers, the tip can be trimmed to control the bead width. The tip’s wing can be trimmed to help position the sealer a precise distance from the edge of the panel during application. Available in two styles, to fit a wide variety of 1-part and 2-part seam sealers The 1K version threads directly onto 3M aluminum cartridges while the 2K option friction fits to square-tube applicator and mixing nozzles Part of the 3M™ OEM Match family of tips and sealants that can help technicians quickly match OEM seams sealer beads. Built for single-use with no cleanup required.
