DUAL MATT HS is a highly versatile 2K matt clear coat for car refinish and
industrial applications. It can be used as a clear coat when a matt topcoat is required.
When satin finishes are needed, it can be mixed with other 2K clear coats from the Roberlo range
to achieve different finish levels. For extra matt finishes, it can be mixed with UB-100 matting paste.

Mixing & Application Basics (TDS)
Mixing: first mix DUAL MATT HS very well. Add complementary products and mix well after each addition. Shake the mixture just before application.
Surface prep: apply after the basecoat flash-off time recommended by the basecoat manufacturer.
Example setup @ 68°F (TDS reference): nozzle 1.2–1.3 mm, pressure 30–35 psi, distance 6–8 in.
Application note: apply evenly — film thickness and coat loading impact final gloss.
Gloss Level Control (Mixing Reference Table)
Use the following table as a reference to target different finish levels. Final gloss is affected by film thickness,
number of coats, added thinner, drying conditions, and substrate.

Pro Notes (Very Important for Matt Clears)
Do not plan on polishing defects: polishing increases gloss in the area.
Avoid patch/blend techniques that increase thickness in the blend zone (can create gloss variation).
Humidity control: equipment must be absolutely dry; close hardener immediately after use.
If RH > 70% and/or temp < 50°F, drying at 140°F is recommended.
Storage
Store in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight, between +40°F and +90°F.
Shelf life: 1 year in original unopened packaging.
