Application Guidelines
- Surface prep: ensure the vehicle is clean and free of contaminants. For maximum bonding, clay-bar treatment and paint correction are recommended.
- Apply: apply a small amount using a foam or microfiber applicator using circular, even motions.
- Haze time: allow approximately 5–10 minutes for haze to form.
- Removal: buff off with a clean, dry microfiber towel.
- Curing: for maximum cross-linking, avoid exposure to water for at least 12 hours after application.
Machine Use Notes (TDS)
- Machine application: can be applied by hand or with a foam pad.
- Rotation speed references (TDS): recommended rotation speed 1200–1500 rpm; also notes a rotational speed range of 1500–2000 rpm for many workshop polishers.
