After sanding and before applying primer, A80 must be dried to allow moisture to evaporate:
IR drying: 10 minutes, or
Spray booth: 15 minutes at 40°C.
Important (TDS): Spray putties are naturally hygroscopic and can retain moisture, which may cause problems after topcoating
(e.g., blistering or loss of adhesion) if this step is skipped.
Finishing Recommendation (TDS)
A80 should be finished with a suitable primer filler (e.g., Versis, Multyfiller Grip, etc.) before applying the topcoat,
to help prevent adhesion loss and blistering.
Tool Cleaning, Storage & Shelf Life
Tool cleaning: clean tools immediately with clean thinner before pot life expires.
Storage: keep in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight; store between +5°C and +30°C.
Shelf life: up to 1 year in unopened original packaging.
