Mixing Ratio & Application (Recommended Process)
Surface preparation (sanding process): prepare as per the substrate guidance in the TDS (e.g., P240 for sanding process; P400 for non-sanding process; plus DA93 as referenced).
Mixing ratio (primer):4:1 by volume (4 parts Multyfiller Express : 1 part hardener).
Pot life (P6000 at 20°C):15–35 minutes (pot life data shown with 5% thinner added).
Optional thinner: S322 Standard thinner is listed as an auxiliary product (use per your shop’s viscosity/finish needs).
Spray setup (HVLP):
Primer surfacer tip: 1.5–1.7 mm (TDS guidance)
High build filler tip: 1.7–1.9 mm (TDS guidance)
Pressure: 2–2.5 bar (primer surfacer) / 2–3 bar (high build filler)
Coats: 2 coats recommended
Flash off (20°C): 5 minutes between coats
Drying (P6000 at 20°C):
High build filler: ~1.5 hours
Primer surfacer: ~1 hour
Note: In case of superficial imperfections, sanding is indicated after 15 minutes at 20°C (per TDS note).
Sanding Recommendations (After Cure)
High build filler: Initial P360 → Final P600
Primer surfacer: Initial P400 → Final P600
Microfine finishing: Initial P600 → Final P800 (primer surfacer) / up to P1000 where applicable
Clean equipment with a cleaning thinner before the product hardens
