The Multyfiller Express ME1 (Light Grey) is a 2K acrylic primer filler designed for bodywork repair, delivering high isolating quality and excellent adhesion to putties, fillers, and properly sanded hardened paints. This kit includes P5000 Standard Hardener for general workshop conditions.

Spray Setup & Application (HVLP)

Drying Times (P5000 Standard) — TDS Reference

• Flash-off before force drying: Min 15 min / Max 60 min (reference table).
• Air dry @ 20°C: High build filler 2 h • Primer surfacer 1.5 h • Non-sanding > 1 h.
• Force dry @ 60°C: 30 min (P4000–P5000 reference table).
• IR (short wave) reference: distance 80 cm • flash off 5 min • full bake 7 min.
• Note: In case of superficial imperfections, sanding is indicated after 15 min at 20°C.

Sanding Recommendations

• High build filler: Initial P360 → Final P600
• Primer surfacer: Initial P400 → Final P600
• Microfine finishing: Initial P600 → Final P800 (and up to P1000 where applicable)

Cleanup, Storage & Shelf Life

• Equipment cleaning: clean with a cleaning thinner before the product hardens.
• Storage (TDS): store ventilated, away from sunlight, between +5°C and +30°C.
• Shelf life (TDS): 1 year in unopened original packaging.
