Roberlo VT 141 Clearcoat 4:1 is a 2K acrylic polyurethane clearcoat designed for a very easy application and an excellent finish. When needed, it can be easily polished, making it a strong option for professional refinishing workflows.

Application Notes

  • Surface prep: apply VT141 over basecoat after the basecoat manufacturer’s recommended flash-off.
  • Humidity control: application equipment should be absolutely dry; close hardener container immediately after use.
  • When RH > 70% and/or temperature is low, the TDS recommends baking (60°C / 140°F) for proper drying.

Cleanup, Storage & Shelf Life

  • Equipment cleaning: use cleaning thinner before pot life expires.
  • Storage: ventilated place, away from direct sunlight; keep between +5°C and +30°C (or +40°F to +90°F).
  • Shelf life: 1 year in unopened original packaging.
